Iva Place Kirkland is opening soon, with applications being accepted this summer. Iva Place Kirkland is a residential community, with 15 total units, 14 of them being single occupancy leased units with shared living spaces for young adults aged 18-24. It is located at 11005 NE 68th Street in Kirkland, near Houghton Center and public transit. Units will be available for those earning 30 - 50% of Area Media Income (AMI). Each unit has a private bedroom and a shared, furnished living area, including a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, with utilities and wi-fi included. On-site parking is available on a limited basis.

This unique community will offer below-market-rate rent in East King County with a keen focus on housing young adults while being rebuilt to be extremely energy efficient.
