Case Management Program Coordinator
The Case Management Program
Coordinator is responsible for overseeing program
development and service delivery of case management and
services to support youth ages 12-24 who are experiencing or
are at risk of
homelessness, sexual exploitation, sexual assault and/or
The coordinator will provide support and act as primary
backup for their direct
report staff, including the Bridge Collaborative (CSEC)
Community Advocate, who
has on-call responsibilities 24/7 every third week.
Responsibilities of this
position include: supervising staff responsible for specialized
& housing navigation services, developing community
connections and referrals for
these programs, collaborating with other Friends of Youth
program staff to make
referrals, working closely with the other program
coordinators at the Redmond Youth
Service Center to ensure efficient and effective deliery of
community presentations, providing outreach to the community
to promote Redmond
Youth Service Center programs, and filling in for staff in a
direct service capacity
Required Skills and Qualifications

partner organizations and
presenting a professional demeanor at all times.
7. Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours on a
regularly scheduled basis.
$45,000 - $47,000 DOE
