Position Title

    Administrative Assistant


    We are looking for a talented and hard-working individual who loves people and data
    to work in an exciting, fast-paced and often demanding working environment.  This
    person will be the face of Friends of Youth as they are the first person to great
    people when they visit Friends of Youth.  They will work with our data to help us tell
    the story of our agency.  If you are friendly, energetic and detailed-oriented then this
    is the position for you.

The Administrative Assistant performs various administrative tasks,
    including but not limited to: telephone reception; word processing; incoming and
    outgoing mail; staff support; and office supply maintenance. They are responsible
    for collecting, reporting and analyzing the agency’s program data and coordinating
    agency-wide data based performance using our customized Salesforce client
    management database, our Credible electronic medical record system, our internal
    SharePoint sites, and other databases to complete their work.


    1. Operate phone console, answer calls, forward calls, and program phones.
    2. Routinely answer phone calls for administration, giving appropriate agency and
    program information, taking messages and routing when appropriate.
    3. Receive and route phone calls from prospective clients or referral agents.
    4. Ensure that all client and outcome data is properly collected, entered and available
    to funders, staff, board and other agency stakeholders in a timely manner including
    but not limited to monthly, quarterly and annual service reports.
    5. Input protected client data for further analysis and reporting.
    6. Regularly review client data to ensure that agency is meeting goals for program
    service and delivery.
    7. Coordinate data flow, policies and procedures between program sites and
    administrative office.
    8. 50% of time is spent doing administrative work. 50% of time is spent doing Data
    Quality tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

    1. Bachelor of Arts Degree preferred.
    2. Professional demeanor and understanding of office etiquette.
    3. Experience in word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs, preferably
    MS Office software.
    4. Training and experience in client data management and reporting.
    5. Must have a valid WA State driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.


    Full Time


   $34,500 - 36,500 DOE

    Executive Assistant to the CEO & Data Manager
